The Values Based Practice CAMHS system Network aims to bring together stakeholders, including influential experts from different disciplines such as education, social care, charities, NGOs, general practice, ethics, philosophy, together with experts by experience, including patients and relatives. It will provide a forum that aims to deliver key recommendations of the Commission.
The network is one of the recommendations made in the Values-Based Child and Adolescent Mental Health System Commission (2016) – What Really Matters in Children and Young People’s Mental Health.
The commission was sponsored by the Children and Young People’s Mental Health Coalition (CYPMHC), Royal College of Psychiatrists (RCPSYCH) and YoungMinds.
