The Aim Foundation is a family foundation that seeks to achieve positive social change by promoting wellbeing through funding organisations working to prevent problems arising. The AIM Foundation was set up in 1989 with an endowment that has allowed grant-giving of £400,000 in recent years.

Pears Foundation is an independent family foundation. Led by the Pears family alongside a professional team, the Foundation invests around £20million each year in a wide range of charitable organisations and causes. The Foundation is known for its relational approach, building long-term relationships with grantees and often giving unrestricted funding and support beyond grants.
The David Riddell Memorial
The David Riddell Memorial CIO was established to destigmatise mental illness by raising awareness of mental health, particularly amongst people working in the financial services sector and associated industries. They also look to honour his life by providing support to charities that invest in, and empower, our young people.
