The CYPMHC are not a service provider and are unable to offer advise directly on personal circumstances. If you are a young person or parent looking for help you can contact any of the following organisations who are able to support you:
 

Childline (NSPCC) - Tel: 0800 1111 (FREE) - Emotional support for children and young people on issues relating to child abuse, bullying etc.

The Mix (formerly Get Connected) - Tel: 0808 808 4994 (FREE) | Essential support for under 25's. Phone, email, web support and counselling

Young Minds (Parents helpline) - Tel: 0808 802 5544 (FREE) | Open from 9.30 to 4.00pm, Mon- Fri - Confidential online and telephone support, information and advice to any adult worried about the emotional problems, behaviour or mental health of a child or young person up to the age of 25.

Nightline - A listening service which is open at night and run by students for students

Youth Access - for free and confidential counselling, advice or information services

Youth Wellbeing Directory - a list of local and national organisations for anyone up to the age of 25.
